Step 2.
Dampcoursing

To effectively eliminate your Salt Damp a damp proof course will need to be either created or
re-instated.  At Tech-Dry SA we are able to suggest a range of installation solutions including: Chemical damp proof courses (Injection and Heritage recommended Gravity Feed), Electro Osmotic damp proof courses and undersetting.

Step 3.
Plastering

Any long term Salt Damp problem will likely mean that there has been some salt contamination of the existing plaster work and underlying masonry.   These salts on their own can cause spoiling to your wall decorations (paint, wallpaper, tiles etc) even in relatively low quantities.   The importance of removing these salts is as high as the importance of the damp coursing treatment.  

Tech-Dry SA has its own qualified and experienced plastering division so therefore can complete this integral second stage of the treatment.
