Damp Coursing Systems

Rising damp is the natural phenomena of moisture containing ground salts rising by capillary action up a brick or masonry structure, eg. Wall or fireplace. The common causes are deterioration due to age and bridging of a damp-course with internal concrete floors, renders or external paths and earth levels.

Please note: we will no longer be selling the previously available 1L, 5L and 20L
Tech-Dry Dampcoursing Liquid.

We are now able to provide a DIY Tech-Dry Cream System which is both environmentally friendly and easy to use.

This pre-filled tube of Tech-Dry Dampcoursing cream is suitable to use for the treatment of single brick walls. Double brick walls would need to be treated from both sides.

One tube will treat 2m of single brick wall and is available for purchase from our office.
